Wild Thing Botanicals delivers healthy plants and specific care instructions for your new plant, including everything you need to be successful! You are now the proud parent and the loving care is up to you, with our support. Therefore, once plants are delivered or picked up, Wild Thing Botanicals is no longer responsible for any damages incurred due to improper care or mishandling. 

Cancellations 

Plant orders may be cancelled if notice is given 24 hours in advance of the pick-up/delivery date of the order. All plant cancellations made before the 24 hour deadline pick-up/delivery date are eligible for a full refund. Plant orders being cancelled after 24 hours deadline pick-up/delivery date are eligible for a store-credit only.  

Non-Delivery 

If you place an order and the recipient rejects delivery or is not available to accept it, whatever the reason, Wild Thing Botanicals will not provide a refund and cannot be held liable for the recipient’s decision. If we are unable to substantiate your claim, we reserve the right to reject that claim. If a second attempt for delivery is set up, an additional delivery fee will be charged. 

No-Show Pick Up

If you are unable to pick up your purchases at the specific time you requested, please call us immediately (602-300-2762) and we will work with you to arrange another time. Our business is not located at the pick up destination, so please be respectful and contact us if you are going to be late or cannot come so we do not make an unnecessary trip. Thank you. 

No refunds on purchases not picked up.
